NAMHO Conference 2007 - The 2007 NAMHO (National Association of Mining History Organisations) Conference will be held in the Tamar Valley over the weekend of 15th & 16th June 2007 - find out more here.

Morwellham Quay - A unique open air museum depicting 19th century life in and around the Tamar Valley. A great day out for all the family - oh and it’s got a mine with a railway running through it!

Tamar Mining Press - Publishers of books about mining in the Tamar Valley. Subjects covered so far include Ore Dressing at Devon Great Consols, Mines of the Tamar and Tavy, and a Collection of contemporary reports about the mines at Devon Great Consols.

South West Photography - General photographers (Events, Weddings & Portraits) but also sales of fine art prints depicting life in the South West and particularly Mining in and the Landscape of the Tamar Valley.

Devon Cave Rescue Organisation - A voluntary organisation based in Buckfastleigh, Devon - specialists in underground rescue (caves, mines etc). Call out through 999 only.

N.A.M.H.O - National Association of Mining History Organisations. The only recognised national organisation representing the interests of mining historians and exploration clubs.
